junio del 2025. -El magistrado presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, Juan Carlos Moreno Guill\u00e9n, junto al gobernador Eduardo Ram\u00edrez Aguilar y al secretario de Seguridad del Pueblo, \u00d3scar Aparicio Avenda\u00f1o, particip\u00f3 en la presentaci\u00f3n de la Guardia Estatal y de la Universidad de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Sureste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de estas actividades, el titular del Poder Judicial del Estado, Moreno Guill\u00e9n, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la creaci\u00f3n de la Guardia Estatal representa un paso firme hacia la consolidaci\u00f3n de un modelo de seguridad m\u00e1s cercano a la gente, con un enfoque humanista en la salvaguarda de los derechos humanos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, celebr\u00f3 la apertura de la Universidad de Seguridad P\u00fablica del Sureste como una iniciativa visionaria que permitir\u00e1 formar a nuevas generaciones de servidoras y servidores del pueblo con una s\u00f3lida preparaci\u00f3n \u00e9tica,
